REG DEDUCTION OF FIRST PREMIUM TOWARDS GIS

1. Please deduct First premium towards GIS for the new staff (promoted or newly appointed) from the salary of September onwards.
2. For this make changes in the deductions in SPARK.
3. In SPARK, there is a little bit diffiulty in adding. It will allow only if 9 digit numbers are entered in the column "DETAILS"
4. Better you can add a number 000000000 !!

6. After encashment of the Bill for Sep 2014, send Form C with a covering letter to District Insurance Office directly and get a number alloted.
7. Inform the same to District Office for making necessary entries in the SB.
