REG DEDUCTION OF FIRST PREMIUM TOWARDS GIS
- Please deduct First premium towards GIS for the new staff (promoted or newly appointed) from the salary of September onwards.
- For this make changes in the deductions in SPARK.
- In SPARK, there is a little bit diffiulty in adding. It will allow only if 9 digit numbers are entered in the column "DETAILS"
- Better you can add a number 000000000 !!
- See the attachments for more detaails and slabs.
- After encashment of the Bill for Sep 2014, send Form C with a covering letter to District Insurance Office directly and get a number alloted.
- Inform the same to District Office for making necessary entries in the SB.
